Returns

At www.nhtb.com.au we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision.

If however, you find the product not suitable or must be exchanged? Newcastle HI Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd will only accept such products if they are received by us within 14 days from the date of invoice and authorised by Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt in writing prior to the goods being returned? the item is not received in a damaged condition and is deemed by Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt quality control staff to be in 'As New' condition and may be subject to a 15% handling fee. You must pay the freight of such returns. Goods specially made, altered or procured to client’s specifications cannot be returned for credit.

Faulty goods

If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault? Please contact us at www.nhtb.com.au giving us the detail of your complaint, date of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced.

Shipping

Freight & Handling costs are calculated at the time of purchase where possible. Where special freight requirements are requested, the charges for freight will be the receiver’s responsibility. The amount charged is calculated for each delivery and depends on the destination, weight of the goods and volume.  Since our goods can be heavy or bulky, deliveries may incur an additional freight charge, and we will advise this beforehand.

Claims

Any claims against Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods except claims for non-delivery which must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of invoice. All claims must refer to a relevant invoice number, date of invoice and reason for claims.

Receiving your order

If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and email us on www.nhtb.com.au to notify us immediately.
