Terms of Payment

Net payment, within 30 days from the end of the month in which the goods are purchased. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by the Supplier in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s cost shall be paid by the Customer. Interest may be charged on accounts which remain unpaid for more than 60 days until payment is received in full.

Claims

Any claims against Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods except claims for non-delivery which must be made in writing within 14 days from the date of invoice. All claims must refer to a relevant invoice number, date of invoice and reason for claims.

Returns Policy

At www.nhtb.com.au we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision.

If however, you find the product not suitable or must be exchanged? Newcastle HI Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd will only accept such products if they are received by us within 14 days from the date of invoice and authorised by Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt in writing prior to the goods being returned? the item is not received in a damaged condition and is deemed by Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt quality control staff to be in 'As New' condition and may be subject to a 15% handling fee. You must pay the freight of such returns. Goods specially made, altered or procured to client’s specifications cannot be returned for credit.

Quotations

Unless previously withdrawn, a quotation is valid for 30 days or such other period as stated in it. A quotation is not to be construed as an obligation to sell but merely an invitation to treat and no contractual relationship shall arise from it until the Buyer’s order has been accepted in writing by the Seller which provided the Quotation.

No Seller shall be bound by any conditions attaching to the Buyer’s order or acceptance of a Quotation and, unless such conditions are expressly accepted by the relevant Seller in writing, the Buyer acknowledges that such conditions are expressly negatived.

Secure Payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details to protect them from unlawful access.

To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.

Faulty goods

If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault? Please contact us at www.nhtb.com.au giving us the detail of your complaint, date of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced.

Your Order

We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then send your order to be packed and dispatched. Orders placed before 12pm can be dispatched that day. All orders are subject to availability.

Shipping

Freight & Handing costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Where special freight requirements are requested the charges for freight will be the receiver’s responsibility. International Deliveries – Freight is charged on all international deliveries within our designated delivery zones. The amount charged is calculated for each delivery and depends on the destination.

Receiving your order

If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and email us on www.nhtb.com.au to notify us immediately.

Your Account

Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password. Retention of Title Property in the goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company has received payment in full for the goods. If the Purchaser fails to make any payment when due or commences to be wound up or is placed under official management or becomes insolvent or bankrupt or commits an act of bankruptcy, it shall be lawful for Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd without previous notice to repossess the goods and enter any premises for the purpose of such repossession. Until Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd has received payment in full for the goods the Purchaser shall store the goods safely in such place and in such manner to ensure that they are capable of being clearly identified as the property of Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) hereof where Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd has not received payment in full for the goods the Purchaser shall be at liberty to sell and deliver the goods (or any part thereof) to a third party in the ordinary course of business that, should Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd so require, the Purchaser will assign to Newcastle Hi Tensile Bolt Company Pty Ltd all its rights in respect of the moneys owing by the third party to the Purchaser thereof. 19/10/2016 Site Policies
